We are excited to announce that the Natomas FA club’s leadership group has approved affiliating with Rush Soccer to become Natomas Rush FC. Growing from the Colorado Rush, Rush Soccer is a nationally and internationally recognized soccer organization with over 40,000 players in 55 affiliate clubs across 33 states in the U.S. and another 52 clubs in 43 countries across 6 continents. Rush has a cooperative system to share training / coaching systems, strong / proven player development programs, and expanded player / team opportunities.

Club’s Vision: Our aim is to partner with like-minded clubs around the world and create a player base which is unmatched in both quality and quantity.  Elite players developed within this base will eventually feed into a professional team representing one of the most recognized brands in the world.

Club’s Mission: A global brand committed to providing an unparalleled soccer experience: Progressive. Ambitious. Comprehensive. 

Rush Soccer’s Commitment: The development of healthy youth through the game of soccer, with a firm belief in the value of sports in promoting the physical, mental, and social well-being of our children.

After a thorough review, the Natomas FA leadership group is convinced that these two philosophies dovetail, and that the national affiliation available from Rush Soccer provides club members with development and playing opportunities beyond what we can provide alone. Since its inception, our Club has prided itself on our strong ties to local area families, schools and businesses. That will remain. The club Board views this evolution of the club as an enhancement to the programs we offer to our community.

Rush Soccer's objective is development of a national level club cooperative system that offers substantial opportunities for national corporate sponsorship and foundation support, provides the framework for a national coach and player development network, and serves as a significant pool of talent for consideration by European, MLS, NCAA, US National, and Olympic soccer programs. At Natomas Rush FC we strive to develop our players to have opportunities to play at any level. This partnership will increase those opportunities for our players.

We are using a phased approach in the transition to Natomas Rush, beginning with the 2026-27 season. The Group, and many Club member volunteers, will be focused on making this a successful transition. (please see the FAQ for more details)

With this evolution of our club, there are certain to be questions. We have conducted a coaches / trainers information session and will plan a general membership session(s) in the near future. Look for announcements on the Club website for the date(s) and time(s).
